I recently heard about this from a friend. Some states are starting Plastic Bag Bans. There are currently quite a few cities and states that have passed bills or are in the process of banning plastic bags. This means that you will get charged a couple cents for each plastic bag that you use. The reason that they are starting to do ban plastic bags is to help with the waste, and save the environment in hopes that people will use the reusable bags more. This has been going on it Europe for sometime now. I was just wondering what everyone thought of this idea.
